HOTEL POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Cancellations must be made before 12 p.m 24 hours prior to check-in date to avoid a charge of one night’s room charge.

Cancellations done less than 24 hours of check-in date will be charged 100% of the first night of the reservation.



SMALL GROUPS: 4-6 rooms

In order for a small group reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of the first night of the stay including taxes is required.

Cancellations must be made before 12 p.m 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of of the first night stay.


LARGE GROUPS: more than 6 rooms

In order for a large group reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the full stay including taxes is required.

- Group reservations can be cancelled free of charge up until 4 weeks prior to arrival date

- Reservations cancelled 2-4 weeks prior to arrival date incur a penalty of 30% of the full stay including tax.

- Reservations cancelled 2 weeks or less prior to arrival date incur a penalty of 50% of the stay including tax.

- Updates on reservations are accepted up to 4 weeks.

* For groups, an early departure fee of $100 will be charge if guests check out prior to the departure date. 

* Policies can vary for specials, packages, and prepaid reservations based on mutual written agreements.


NO SHOW POLICY: 

NO SHOW cut off time is midnight (12:00am) on the date of arrival, If you do not cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to arrival or do not show up, your debit/credit card (mode of payment) will be charged for the first night of your stay at the rate of your reservation.


CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH NO PRESENT TRANSACTIONS:

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize, 72hrs before arrival, the provided credit card up to the full reservation amount at point of reservation. This is only a pre-authorization and it means no charge to your account until your check in.

The hotel can charge your card in the following instances:

  • For any damage done to your hotel room during your stay that is discovered after you have left the hotel.
  • For the price of the room in the case of late cancellation or no show as per our cancellation policy (please see above).
  • Some days before arrival as a guarantee (please read above).
  • For the cost of a deep clean in the event you smoke in your room or bathroom. This is clearly stated on the room notices upon check in.
  • If you leave the hotel without settling your room or bar bill.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

For Basic rates, a pre-authorization of the full stay will be made 72 hours before the arrival.

For Non-Refundable rates, the full stay will be charged at the time of the booking.

Deposit of $150 for incidentals will be required upon check in by Credit/debit card, the deposit is fully refundable in case the room is not damaged, no smoking in the room or missing items

We love pets, however our property is NOT pet friendly

Although Nevada law allows recreational marijuana usage in certain limited locations, our property DOES NOT allow recreational marijuana usage in its hotel rooms, lounge or public spaces.
